Favorite Thing about UTSB?
My favorite part of being in UTSB is being able to meet and interact with new people who are in a similar situation. You don't feel so alone when you find others to talk to about their highs, lows, and funny side stories.
Fun Facts about you:
At one point in time, I had six grandmas and four grandpas. I watched the teaser trailer for Frozen 2 at least once every day until the movie was eventually released. This means that I watched the same trailer 164 days in a row, for a movie that, in my opinion, ended up being only sub-par.

What Advice Do You Have for New Transfer Students?:
Hardly anyone uses office hours - get ahead and just talk about the class material with your professor. These professional relationship can help you get ahead in your intended field and these faculty may be able to write you a letter of recommendation in the future.
Fun Fact about you:
When NASA found an unidentifiable sound in space they labeled it LGM, which is short for Little Green Men. Although the sounds wasn't anything extraterrestrial, it's funny that NASA labeled it that way.

What Advice Do You Have for New Transfer Students?
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed especially coming to a big University. Take advantage of events that are happening on campus. Come to the student transfer meetings. I really met a lot of amazing people.
